John was attentive but never pressured me. I ended up going with another broker, but he still took the time to thank me for my consideration, offered me a free subscription to Milestones, and connected me with a HOI provider that cut my cost in HALF of what I was otherwise being quoted. I would recommend John to anyone looking for an honest and calm mortgage broker!
