Recently lost my job due to redundancy Final pay they had deducted over 100 hours leaving me with nothing I took out car finance with this amazing company just over a month ago and didn’t have the funds to pay them due to my situation . I have had an account for nearly a year with family finance… I have received a call today by Harry Phillips, I was appalled by the way I was spoken to on the phone by this member of staff, I will be closing this account down and never using family finance again nor will I suggest them to anyone !!!

Not even worth 1 star but you have to pick it in order to put a review, I was sent a letter offering me to apply for a loan and didn't say anything about them asking you what the loan is for, and this is what happend when I rang up they asked me what is was for so when I told them I needed to pay an old debt of £180 plus I need some new furniture for my home, But because I said I wanted to pay a small old debt the refused me and said I can't apply because I said I needed it for a debt and re apply in 3 month when I could jus... read more
Haven't used any of their services to purchase anything, but have been in contact with the team here a few times about various enquiries. Spoke to Sarah the last time, and she was an absolute delight. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great service and a great asset to the business.
