Lovely harassment on a Saturday morning by this company being falsely accused of not making our payment , if any potential customers are thinking of using family finance and you would like to see how they treat and harass extremely good customers of over 5 years then I will happily show you , I will leave the photo section blank for now as I’m sitting on this to see where this ends as it is still ongoing * update thus far we have had no further texts off these cretins , so I can only assume they found the payment or the proo... read more
I don’t know where to start with company but a review two weeks ago echo’s the very start of mine and my wife’s dealings with family finance. My wife forgot to put the reference on first payment, what followed was pure harassment and lies. They lied and stated that a payment of the amount we made had never reached their accounts. Recently lost my job due to redundancy Final pay they had deducted over 100 hours leaving me with nothing I took out car finance with this amazing company just over a month ago and didn’t have the funds to pay them due to my situation .
