Whitehall store. Looking for sticky fly paper. Found insecticide isle. Not there, so walked to service counter. No employees in sight. Walked whole store, found 2 employees in back corner talking. Asked about fly paper. Told isle 7, and they went back to talking. Walked to other side of store. Found isle 7. Same place I already looked. No fly paper. Woman who told me isle 7 was on walkie talkie was talking to cashier. Waited for them to finish talking so cashier could ring up oil I purchased. Very poor customer service. Nort... read more

Went here looking for something specific, staffed helped us find it. Store was very well maintained, clean and will go back if in the area!
