Poor Service and Customer Relation
Poor management Corporate stands on employee disrespect and retaliates if complained about will deny any work on warrantied items Disrespect from manager when not even speaking to them waiting to ask questions Customer service seems to join disrespect months later Made a special order after the day it has arrived they took it out and put it on the shelf for other customers to buy. These experiences were brought to their attention and not one apology was given.
Excellent prices and selections. The cashier was friendly, fun and very helpful. Highly recommend stopping in. We definitely will go again!
Alot of variety to choose from and courageous service!
Farm and home is my go to for many items. If I could change one thing, which isn’t even the stores fault I would make so you had phone reception in the building.
