The staff is rude, Colette the administrator is the rudest the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, I can't give no stars so that's why they got one
Worst place ever don't work here or put your family in this place
My mother lived at Jane Adams House for over a year until she recently had to transfer to a skilled nursing facility. She was suffering from the early stages of dementia and a number of other medical issues requiring careful monitoring of her medications. The staff took such wonderful care of her and kept her safe, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and my siblings and I are very grateful for everything that they did for her.
