Refuses to answer the phone at the Lumberton and Kountze TX locations.
The female manager is rude. Been there 3 times and was discriminated each time. Going to file a formal detailed complaint with regional. Hopefully there's grounds for a lawsuit
The morning manager short lady African American is forever rude and lazy. She rather tell you they just had a meeting and can’t do something then for her to do her job!!!! I have never had a pleasant experience with her. Management is not for everyone, I’ve witnessed her telling a cashier not to call her from the back if a customer wants to load money on a card just tell them we not loading today. Went you buy a lot, no Way you can bring stuff to you car. Shopping 🛒 Don't go out ridiculous. Not leaving my money anymore at that store.
I went to this dollar store because it is close to my home.it is stocked and the store are getting more supplies in because of the boxes in the aisle. I like store because the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern is the trash in the parking lot and trash can full. That doesn't look good at a store. I hope someone decides to get the trash emptied and get the trash out of the parking lot. #Good Selection
Store wasn’t even open at 9:10 it doesn’t close until 10:00pm , bad place to spend your money
