Very poor experience. I ordered a sofa in a specific color, but a completely different color was delivered. After reporting the issue, the owner stopped responding and has not arranged a return or provided a refund. This shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. I would not recommend this store.
I was very excited to purchase my couch, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over two months and was given the runaround with constant excuses and poor communication. Customer service was very unprofessional until I finally reached a helpful manager. During delivery, the team damaged my wall in a tight space—something I would expect professionals to handle carefully.
