Great store, with lots of interesting items! A vast selection of military items as well as family coat of arms. Games for all members of the family! Rubik's cubes, board games, furrybones, Rubber band guns, and Trolls!! A definite must while visiting Ober Gatlinburg!

Love this store. Not just Coat of Arms, full of military and American items. Huge selection of themed playing cards, chess, board games and the staff are very knowledgable. This is a must see shop if you are vacationing in Gatlinburg Tn. Oh yeah they also own a jigsaw puzzle store. Thousands of puzzles. Check out both stores.

Was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was there on 5/19/18 way before closing and the gentleman working would not give us the time nor day to answer questions about purchasing items with my family crests. All he did was huff and puff as he had to stock items and ignored us. I seen there were a lot of military items available which alludes to military friendly which I did not experience especially being a retired combat vet. Was a shame.

The guy working here was a complete asshat. He ignored customers and was rude when had to answer questions. He was more interested in listening to his music and cursing the radio. He dropped several F bombs just while we were in there. It's a shame to have someone with such a poor attitude working at a store with so many cool things. I would have bought several items, but due to his piss poor attitude, I had rather keep my money.
