Got wrong information multiple times. After the facilitator talked to my sons dad, the Respondent in my case, her demeanor toward me completely changed and she tried everything she could to make it so I do not get my orders signed. It was weird.

I would give zero stars if I could just based on the lady that answers the phone. She is awful and incredibly unprofessional. After a lawyer directed me to them to facilitate my situation, get some questions answered and possibly get paperwork, because my matter is in fact, family law, she was incredibly rude and argued me! She absolutely refused to help me and continue with scheduling my apt to speak with someone even if in the end they couldn’t have helped me! The way she was speaking to me was disgusting... Absolutely horrendous family lay system in spokane. Rampant corruption. Turning a blind eye to alienation and discriminating against disabled for the title4d greed. Zero help with anything at all.
