Poor service!
This is my first time at Family Connections and I am so in love with everything about it , the staff there are very welcoming , caring , loving and respectful , they're like another additional family. They make sure you're good , feeling comfortable and they make sure the order of your food is properly made and also make sure you have everything you need and want . I have been calling this place of business since 9am this morning 06/13/2024 and there is no one to answer the phones. I’ve also reached out to other IOP facilities and one two rings someone answered even if it’s to redirect me. This has to stop in Urban areas if your not going to help then don’t come and take up space. What’s the point of running a business to help people and no one is able to answer the phones, no business hrs nothing. Don’t just be there but actually do what you say you’re going to do .
