Christian???? This Lynnwood location is a pathetic excuse for Christianity in my opinion. If Jesus were to walk in this place he would be appalled to say the least. Though I can't say I'm surprised at this because a great many churches run this way.. (Corporation style) where they steal from the followers and don't help the poor. Appaling Susie B hit the nail on the head. Family Christian is an appalling, dishonest, cutthroat company. They cloak their greed and unscrupulous behavior in the guise of charity and Christianity. I am ashamed to have ever been associated with them as an employee. The truth is, if I believed Family Christian Stores to be an accurate representation of Christianity, I would never step foot in a church again. I sincerely hope they go under, for the sake of those whose faith might be beaten down by their deplorable conduct.
Nothing christian about Family Christian Stores This company is terrible. The management is horrible from the DM level and up. The company does not appreciate their staff and has such a high turnover rate because of the extreme pressure put on them with selling metrics, that employees either quit or are fired. YES FIRED for not getting enough names put on bibles! They try to say that they are a ministry but they are not. They are just greedy money lusters and it's all numbers, numbers, numbers with the coporation.
Great Christian Store I love shopping at Family Christian in Lynnwood. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of books, music and gifts. If they don't have something in they will try to find it and order it when available. I also like they will hold something for me so I can get it in a few days. :)
They make a good effort I appreciate Family Christian for providing Christian merchandise where I may not be able to find it elsewhere. They have some great products and their music selection is great. I shop there mostly for books and usually end up leaving with a gift for someone. My complaints are 1) there never seems to be enough staffing so service can be slow if you need help, and 2) the prices seem to be so high. Excellent Christian bookstore The customer service here is excellent - employees are friendly, caring, and helpful. I appreciate their fine selection of Christian books, music, and gifts. The store is attractive and airy feeling - so many things to look at, it's fun to spend time in browsing.
