Great little book store with a huge collection of accomp. CD's most titles, best collection in the city. Have large variety of books and home decor as well
Horrible experience with the manager Richard, and I will never go back. Customer service and kindness is everything in sales, especially as a Christian company. Employees who are rude and don't know how to treat their customers are the reason stores like this find themselves struggling and customers turn to online stores instead.
Horrible experience with the manager, Richard. He was rude to my child, rude to me and was confrontational and unapologetic. He scolded my son and when I asked why, he acknowledged that my son hadn't done anything wrong but was just acting suspicious. I would understand if a child is ill-behaved (although even then I personally would address the parent vs the child unless they were in danger) but my kids were being very well behaved and weren't hurting anyone or anything.
