Hired a car from Family Car rentals in February excellent customer service from pick up on time and transported to their office on arrival and departure Friendly staff on pick up and return car seats provided and great value for money. I highly recommend this company. Fantastic service all round
As a Palm Beach local of 30 years, I cannot fault Family Car Rentals. Darryl and his team are 5 stars all the way. The cars are always immaculate, very clean, and the booking process from start to finish is seamless. I will not use any other rental on the Gold Coast. Friendly service. picked us up from the railway station and quickly gave a car. Happy with everything, although I had phone issues so I hope they get Whatsapp so that travellers can contact when the unforseen issues happen. I would highly recommend their business.
Incredible service. Hands down the best car rental serviced we have ever used. Will definitely be using every time we visit Gold Coast.
Great service and very friendly. Travelled with our small children- so great to have the convenience of the shuttle service with car seats to pick up the car and drop to the airport highly recommend , especially for families.
