The car rental experience was great. We rented the Lexus RX350L. T (the owner) was awesome to work with and he kept in touch throughout our trip. He was very responsive when I had a couple of questions about the features of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Family Car Rental. And will surely go back to rent a car in the future, if and when needed.

My car broke down, I was miles away from home stuck! All the well known car rental agencies closed at 6:00 pm. I noticed this company stayed open until 10:00 pm. I contacted them, they had a car available. The registration online was easy. I showed up, Trang met me outside, handed me a set of keys after confirming my identity! That easy!

Great experience! Helped me out in a bind...I got to a different car rental place too late and they had closed so I needed a rental car that night and this was the only one available...so thankful it was and wish I would've known about this sooner! I will be choosing this next time I need a rental for sure! They checked on me often and I was able to extend my rental for an extra week when the shop working on my car delayed my pickup time. Great communication! Five stars for sure!
