Willingness to help without hesitation even though not a previous customer. Not only fixed rear tire but took time to demonstrate how to fix myself if it happened again. And a pleasant 4-legged greeter for added measure. Highly recommend.
I had an outstanding experience at the Family Bike Shop. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and genuinely passionate about bikes. They took the time to fix my bicycle and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service department was fast and I didn’t have to wait days for it, as it was fixed while I waited. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cyclist, this shop is a great resource, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Family friendly environment
Awesome family owned store! They're very knowledgeable, friendly and have helped me with bikes for all ages over the last 20+ years. I had my toddler fitted for a helmet recently which made me feel much more confident I had the right protection for him. Something I wasn't getting from Walmart, that's for sure!
Highly recommend this bike shop! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who is just getting into cycling and triathlons they were able to answer any questions I had and hook me up with a road bike that fits me! Looking forward to visiting again when I’m in the area! Thanks again!
