The teller Julie misinformed me of a major thing on my account and caused a check to be returned. The staff isn’t knowledgeable enough. Apparently they need procedure training. The other tellers are rude to besides Noah. He is very professional. The others give nasty looks and act like “Camilla High Society” don’t go to this bank.
Teller 402 at window this morning was very rude the second we pulled up, and made rude faces the whole time we sat there. Very unprofessional! Camilla branch.
Best out of all the rest. I been banking with Family Bank for 5 years now. The Bainbridge and Pelham branch are excellent. Fast and friendly! Shout out to Chip and Sydney in Pelham. And Mrs. Sabrina in Bainbridge. That's just 3 that stand out. All the rest of the employees are friendly as well. I would recommend them any and every day. :)
