I just want to start off by saying thank you so much to "Family Advocate Integrated Through Healing" (My Second Family) I was referred to FAITH by someone very close to me who was also receiving therapy with them! Initially I was always too nervous and against ever doing therapy because I never felt confident or comfortable enough to bring myself to do it. My experience with this clinic was brief, but I wasn't very happy with the care that I received. My therapist seemed inexperienced at best and super judgemental at the worst. Keeping that in mind, my one star rating actually has nothing to do with the quality of care that I received and is 100% based on the fact that the clinic was overcharging me on my copay. I had to get my insurance company involved to get a refund. I didn't feel comfortable continuing services with them after that.
