Hours of operation are terrible. When you call them if they answer they tell you something different every time. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They charge late fees before the grace period which is 11 days. There’s no night drop box for deposits so someone like me who works 12 hour shifts can’t get there during hours of operation is screwed.
The staff does not answer the phone. When you FINALLY get a hold of someone—they say they were busy. I live 10 minutes away—so I drove to the credit union and when I went in—they were not busy. One of the employees who sits in the cubicle area had her kids at work.
RecommendedI’ve been a member since December 2018. It has everything except an online App. That would be great if they got that. The login is tedious with all the security measures and an App wouldn’t have that many levels of questions. But I can do all my banking online.
Quit stealing people's money and turning off accounts for no reason!!!!
