If you are a customer with Texas Trust Credit Union there’s only one person to ask for and that’s Matt with the Fort Worth branch on Western Center Blvd. He went out of his way to help me solve a 3 month long question. When he says he will do something his word is true. He doesn’t give up until he finds the answer. That’s so rare these days as most people seek the minimum…not Matt…always maximum effort! Thanks again Matt for doing so much for me!

Recently experienced a scam and compromised bank account. Went to Texas Trust Credit Union as this was in progress. I was helped immediately and due to the staffs quick actions I did not lose any money from my account. Huge thank you to the staff at the Western Center Blvd location especially Matthew S.!! He personally performed all the required transactions to protect my account in a timely manner. Thank you Matthew

Love Texas Trust Credit Union. My membership began many years ago, both parents were also members. We have always enjoyed the family atmosphere, the awesome customer service, and the convenience of using this financial institution. Employees are patient, thoughtful, and kind. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I visited my bank today and they have changed the drive-through. I can only do business on one side. I can’t call the bank directly. I have to go through a bunch of other people and never get my branch. I paid my car off and I still have not received my title. They told me that I would in the mail and I still have not gotten it and it has been six months.
