The president or manager of this credit union is untrustworthy and very unprofessional. The staff is a bunch of zombies . They pick and choose who they want to help not on your credibility and worth. So if you need a credit union that's gonna be there for you in your time of need family 1st of texas is not the credit union for you. Now in late 2025 that this credit union has became Texas Trust Credit Union I look forward to banking and working with this credit union again. Plus now there are more branches to go to.

I have been banking at family first for years. This bank has misled me on the holding of my checks several times now, and they have only been in business there for about two months. I’m used to bank that cares and is honest and does what it says it’s gonna do. Times are hard and now they have made it harder. They said they were gonna hold my check for five days. I just looked online and now it says two weeks.. how am I going to pay my bills? Devastated
My family has been banking with TexasTrust for years, since back in the Qualtrust days. This new branch on western center is incredibly convenient for me and today i was reassured as to why i remain apart of Texas Trust family. Rafael and Matthew assited me in the resolution of a daunting financial predicament. Absolutely went above and beyond. They were attentive and solution oriented. I trully value and appreciate this bank and it's team members. Give them boys a raise frfr.
