I forwarded this to a dear friend
I have been through a lot of domestic violence. I called to speak with someone to get into therapy or a group session, as I feel it would benefit me and what I've had to deal with. A lady answered the phone, all she said was "You will have to call back Monday, this is an emergency line only"... what if it was an emergency? She literally hung the phone up on me. And these are therapists?? How unprofessional, and you don't know what that person is dealing with. Just one careless customer service representative you have!!
