From my personal experience, Families Helping Families showed genuine compassion and concern for both me and my child. The staff were kind, welcoming, and willing to listen, and I understand why they are highly recommended by many families. However, they were not as knowledgeable about the specific resources my family needed as I expected. As a result, I still feel unsupported and as though I’m left to navigate everything and conduct my own research alone.
