From the moment I walked in I was treated very friendly. Clean and inviting.
My first experience once entering the young Ladies at the reception desk except for the two who were assisting the next customer and myself. I felt that my initial experience was very unprofessional. The one young lady was talking about her eye brows and I guess she had the rest captivated by it. An older man walk in an attempted to check in and the way he was treated made me very upset. I was treated very well on my visit, staff was excellent they even gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste so I could brush my teeth seeing as I had just gotten off work. I did kind of feel they rushed with my appointment but it was at the end of the day. Overall very welcoming.
Showed up 15 min early to a 4:30p.m appointment didnt get seen until 5:38 p.m. now that's ridiculous! I will be switching my daughter to diffrent clinic.
The employees was very pleasant and helpful the Male Doctor Fantastic.
They are very unprofessional . I would not Recommend this dentist to anyone they dont even have good enough Experience.
Very good service was out within a 1/2hr after my appointment time.
The dentist I had was very informative the only concern I would have is that they need to communicate more with the patient. Like if there is an infection inform the patient of that don't just write a script for something without telling them. Minor adjustments are needed like attention to detail and the importance of professionalism.
Everything about the whole experience was wonderful. Right from the start with the front desk ladies all the way to the dentist. Everyone was nice and helpful. My dental assistant, Jonathan M, was very nice, understanding, and very cute.
