This was the WORST experience my mother and I have gone through at this organization. We arrived at approximately 11am on April 15th, 2026 to complete our taxes. My mother's appointment was at 11am. There was no organization and the older lady assisting people had a very despicable attitude towards everyone. She told a young lady that she would not be completing women's taxes today. That is sexist and grounds for investigation. My appointment was at 1pm and my mother still did not get seen. We left at 2:30pm with no results.... read more
