The massage I received today was nothing short of exceptional. Massage doesn't really do it justice. It's a whole mind and body experience which begins with a brief assessment of your needs and then develops into a wonderful massage including different skills and tools. Cate is clearly passionate and dedicated. It was also very quiet other than the music playing. Thank you Cate. I can't wait to return. And thank you for the exercise tips to loosen my lower back in the mornings.
