My father stayed at Falls Run Nursing Home and Rehabilitation for a few weeks before he passed away, and our experience was deeply disappointing. Throughout his stay, we witnessed repeated instances of negligence and lack of proper care that could have easily been avoided. On more than one occasion, my father fell from his bed because staff failed to ensure the floor mats were in place. Our family will always be thankful for the incredible care my grandmother received at Falls Run. From the very first day, everyone , from the nurses and therapists to the aides and front desk staff treated her like family. They were so gentle, patient, and understanding, taking the time to make her feel safe, loved, and respected.
