My Dad visited this clinic for the first time today, and found the staff to be excellent and the prices very reasonable. Tristan, Elodie and Raylene were all ultra helpful, friendly and professional. My Dad was so impressed he is already talking about recommending it anyone else he knows in Brisbane who needs an audiologist or hearing aid consultation.
I am extremely happy with my new hearing aids. It has been a process but after having the opportunity to trial different devices I now hear with perfect clarity and ease. It is because of the expertise and time taken by the very understanding and considerate staff at Falls of sound to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
