I was debating writing this review as I’m not much for bashing people but the more I thought about it I felt compelled to do so. I had an issue with my Ferris lawn mower that was still on warranty and Tim Havens told me he would not honor my warranty because I didn’t buy the mower there. I understand that perhaps he’s not obligated to do so but it’s just bad service.
