They did what I needed, (begrudgingly) but it was done. Edit: after giving us somewhat neutral view, I visited this place again and couldn’t replicate what I had done before. Don’t come here if they’re in a bad mood because you won’t get what you want done

I had a question about my insurance verification. There was a employee (named Sarah) talking to another employee doing nothing but talking. I walked up and politely said excuse ma'am. She looked at me so rudely and said what. At that point I had to pause and gather my composure. Very rude, very very unprofessional, and really shouldn't be working with the public.
