Worst customer service ever. Can't reach anyone by telephone always goes to voice mail. If you go to any of the branches you can not even renew your cd"s or transfer money to your savings account if the branch manager is at lunch. Told to wait 40 mins or come back later They just do not care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this Credit Union.
