When a heavy, 350-lb piece of equipment arrived unexpectedly at our business, Mike saved our day by sending out a moving crew last-minute to carry the equipment down a set of stairs and into our building. Mike was very pleasant over the phone and quickly followed up via text to make arrangements. The moving crew had a great attitude despite an unpleasant job, and were creative in thinking through how to move the heavy object through a restricted space.
