Very disappointing with the facility. I wouldn't send my enemy there. The disrespect from the staff was shocking. If you ask a question the response is rude . If you press the call button you wait 10 minutes for someone to respond . My parent was giving someone else dinner and when I stated that was not her name for the dinner I was told by the nurse it didn't matter for the name. I'm concerned for her safety of care . I personally had a WONDERFUL experience at the Fall River Jewish Home. Friendly staff and nurses, the care was exceptional. So much so that I frequently come to visit the staff and some of my friends who still stay here. They had a big dance party last week with a performer and that nurse Brittany can dance! It was a wonderful time getting to see the staff and residents dance and have fun! We all loved it.
