Our parents used them for a living trust. Because not everything was done right we ended up needing full probate in two states. This firm seemed more interested in billing the survivors than making sure our parents estate was properly secured.

We went to Falk & Barrot for our estate planning. Kim and her team were extremely helpful. Some of these planning matters can get complicated and involve uncomfortable topics, but they were very professional, detailed, thorough, and experienced, which made the process smooth and easy to understand. Ms. Barrott was very knowledgeable and helpful in taking us through alternative ways of distributing our assets after we're gone. The plan we initially leaned toward proved in writing to be much more complicated than we had intended for our Successor Trustees. She cheerfully revised the plan to meet our needs.
