Very unfortunate situation. We met with Mike a few months ago to go over our basic financials and get guidance on structuring our business and handling taxes properly. We agreed on a plan to reconnect once we gathered all of our documentation. Unfortunately, since then, we’ve been completely ghosted with no explanation.
