The service was excellent from start to finish. I called and was very nervous for this year tax since it was my first time doing my tax with my new business. The receptionist had great customer services. I was told that I was going to get a call back on specific day and they delivered, instructing me exactly what I needed to bring to the appointment. I’ve been coming here to do my taxes since 2017. Never had a problem until this year. I’ve always worked with Michael and/or Michael Jr but this year I was scheduled with a different preparer by the name Kyle. When I pay $100 anywhere for any kind of service I expect my documents especially my taxes to be dealt with in a respectable and timely manner in retrospect to my time, money and identity because as far as I’m concerned I was fully prepared with all necessary documents and even when they asked for more documents I went... read more
