I used Falconers for removal, packing and storage for a recent house move. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this company. Extremely professional throughout, excellent packing service. Dismantled then re-assembled furniture for me. All door and frames were covered, as were all floor areas. I was asked to double check I was happy with everything at every step. Nathan and team really provided the best removals experience! On time, good communication, attention to looking after everything, making sure we were happy with where furniture was positioned, great demeanour. I'll definitely use them again, and would recommend them.
Cannot recommend highly enough. It was a stressful move for me across a long distance, but Nathan and his team did everything they could to make it easier for me. A very personal, friendly and professional service. There was not one breakage at all and both moving out and moving in were quick and very efficient. Nathan also has an incredible knowledge of history if there is a quiet moment! Thank you so much for all your help and professionalism, and you were right, it was all fine when the boxes were unpacked!
