I’m only giving one star because zero stars is not an option. Where do I even begin? We specifically ordered and paid for a 50-person bus, with 45 people confirmed. The entire reason we chose this company was because they assured us they could accommodate our group comfortably — a larger bus, more space, and everyone seated so we could actually enjoy the night. Falcon Tour Travel has always been a part of my heart, as I had a very nice experience with them in the past.
