Excellent transportation service from start to finish. The driver was courteous, the vehicle was spotless, and the ride was comfortable. They arrived exactly on time, communicated clearly, and made the entire journey stress-free. Fair pricing and outstanding customer service. I rented a Rolls Royce Dawn about 2.5 months in advance for a wedding procession. I made the initial 50% payment at that time. The remaining 50% payment was due 3 days before the scheduled delivery date for the car. Incidentally, within 24 hours of making the full payment for the car (which was 2 days before the wedding), I received a phone call that the car would not be available because another client had caused significant damage to the car. This company is a literal scam. Sourced a bus with them months ago, checked in several time including day of only for them to not be a good enough broker to actually find a bus for the service we paid them for. Canceled after the pick up time. Won’t answer the phone. Won’t even own up to it. They use fake names. This company should not even have a DOT. Complete waste of money and they will be reported.
