I am an attorney in Illinois and I needed a New York Lawyer to help my client in a bankruptcy proceeding. Michael Moskowitz and his associate Melissa Guseynov were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
Perhaps we were just incredibly unlikely with the choice of our attorney, but I'm sorry to say that I cannot recommend this firm for anyone looking for assistance with a probate situation. My wife has called repeatedly begging for someone to get back to her, without result! Meanwhile, the invoices keep coming. My wife’s cousin died over a year and a half ago and we just want to resolve this situation. I have to say that it almost feels like they're drawing this out on purpose. As they say, Caveat Emptor!
