Went today to go and pick up gown for phd graduation this weekend. Was greeted by a friendly face who tried to help, but her coworker was the one who ruined our experience. Employee Kora was very rude and disrespectful toward us in time of celebration. The customer before us was also picking up his gown and when he got his order he opened the bag in front of Kora and checked to make sure everything was okay. Guess the store is pretty bad. Checked hours online to be sure to go on a good day. 3 hours in the car and store is closed. I guess it is an inconvenience to publish correct hours of operation. Disservice to the BGSU community. Good luck.
I am a new student to BGSU and I am currently looking for a campus job and figured that Falcon Outfitters would be perfect. I went in there and asked if they were hiring at all and the guy basically threw an application paper down on the table and said that they weren't hiring and I could apply but I would never work there.
