Tried to get a loan on my only day off and my dad for his lunch break. Wasted our time. Got in and not one person could help us because they were all on break for an hour. I wasted my time and money. I do not live in town to go back and forth and have a very tight schedule but need this loan done. No flexibility. No reason for the bank to be open from 11 am to 1 pm if can’t get help. Not everyone trusts online documents and signing. Should not be an alternative option unless someone prefers.
Falcon is a great place to bank. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that I'm addressed by name whenever I walk in the door. Many miscellaneous services.
