The company are a disgrace, they take your money upfront but don't turn up as promised was told the decking would be fitted 2 weeks after we paid, phone calls and text messages unanswered. Finally fitted in May lesson learned here never pay up front especially to this Company. The workmen did s good job but that is as far as it goes.
4/5 for fitters when they eventually turned up. Manager / office took money promised a fitting date, which came and went without any communication. After a lot of chasing on email phone and voice messages we got a second fitting date which also came and went without any communication. Third date also did not happen. Finally fitted now on fourth attempt. Very happy to take your money, good luck getting hold of anyone after that!
We purchased a pre-owned wrap around for our static. From the very beginning, the service has been exceptional. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase. I cannot rate Falcon highly enough. The fellas that came to install were quick, efficient and so friendly. And they didn’t leave any mess behind them. Thank you Falcon. You are awesome.
Just had refurbished decking built at our caravan site in Mumbles, Swansea. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent and nothing was too much trouble for ‘Dai & Doug’ to ensure we were satisfied with the result. Thanks to Paul & Gary also for their admin input . This is one Company I’d certainly recommend if you’re considering having plastic decking installed. Thanks, Ian Blake (Aberdare)
