Falcon Bank has been by far the worst banking experience I have had in the United States. Their services are extremely limited, and their online banking platform is outdated and practically unusable for many basic banking needs. Simple tasks that should be easy to complete online are either unavailable or unnecessarily complicated. Listen, the management here led by Savannah is top tier!! As a business owner, and with the type of business I do, a lot of times I need immediate attention because of time sensitive transactions.
