Painfully slow. My dependent extension cases are still pending from past 8 months and no help still.
I used FGI for my i140, process was very smooth, organized and easy access of documents for Upload / Download. Their responses are quick and respond back to queries in less than 24 hrs. Overall it was great and nice experience working with FGI. Only one sugegstion, only mode of communication is email, it would be great if there is any contact number or support number
