I am disappointed by my wife’s experience at this store. She left without purchasing anything because she felt ignored and unwelcome while other customers were being acknowledged and helped. My wife is Mexican, and the difference in how she was treated compared with the other customers was noticeable enough that she left questioning why she was treated differently. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but I left feeling very uncomfortable. I am Mexican, and I couldn't help but notice that while I was never greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I needed help, other customers were being greeted and offered assistance. I walked around the store and eventually left without anyone speaking to me at all. I can't say why I was treated differently, but the difference in how I was treated compared to other customers was noticeable and disappointing.

I’ve been shopping at Faith’s Hallmark in Alta Loma for years, and it has become so much more than just a card and gift store to me. In a time when so many small businesses have disappeared throughout Southern California, I truly appreciate having a locally owned store like this in our community.
