Driver was driving eradicately, including going the wrong way down a one way street, driver seemed high on something, and smoked cigarettes while wife was in vehicle. Got verbally assaulted after calling to ask for a different driver. Was called racist, a know it all, and a weiner. If you want you or your family members safe avoid this company at all costs!!!!

I'm looking at these reviews and I'm so surprised because my experience with Faithful Phoenix was amazing.They are so professional and so respectful. I feel safe knowing that they transport our children to and from school. Their vehicles are always clean, and knowing that they have cameras to record everyone in the vehicle and everything that happens in vehicle. I will be using them for all of my transportation needs. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to using you guys this summer ☀️
