Even though Mr. Beckner is located in a different county and was unable to take my case, he listened to my situation, provided great information and resources, and helped me locate a law firm in the correct county. He could have simply said "no" but he took the time to provide the assistance that I desperately needed to get started on providing appropriate care for my elderly father.
