Attended my first restorative yoga class with Faithe and can’t wait to sign up for more!! 🧘‍♀️ Faithe is very knowledgeable of the human body and history of yoga and taught the class with a thoughtful and empathetic approach. She made me feel safe and comfortable. I loved listening to her calm and soothing voice as she guided us through the practice.
