Clinical staff is mostly good and seem caring if overworked. They do not seem to have enough clinical staff. Administrative staff, however, is impossible to reach and does not return phone calls. We have been trying to contact the social worker for days and leaving voicemail and no return call. We are waiting to hear news on a transfer request for my mom and are unable to get any information because no one will return a phone call or answer the phone. Worst place to be employed by. If people really knew how their family members were treated. All good when family or visitors are there..fake faces with smiles put on. But when family or visitors leave it's a 360. CNA don't do their job like they are suppose to. Vape with residents... They hide stuff and lie to your face.
They took really good care of my grandma
