This credit union is the epitome of unprofessional. Dawn, the loan officer was condescending, rude, and nasty. Ciera the assistant is rude, classless, & clueless, and the CEO is too busy to deal with serious customer issues like my credit report. I took out a loan with this credit union 10 months ago and my payments have never been paid late.
