Faisal was fantastic at all stages of the mortgage application process. He was very personable and always made time for us, even during moments when we assumed he would be unavailable and was very patient with us and our mountain of questions. The few times Faisal didn't know the answer to something, he was very quick to find out ad get back to us, or to put us in contact with a team member who would know the answer.

He was incredibly patient, always took the time to answer my questions, followed up regularly, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
