I collected my beautiful Fairytale wedding dress today from Fairytale brides. I can't recommend Carol and zNicky highly enough. They were so patient, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They made sure it was a really special time, picking my dream dress. We had other bridal shops to visit, but I didn't need to go anywhere else. This was the first bridal shop I'd ever been in. Upon arrival I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable by Nikki. The atmosphere in the shop is calm and friendly. The different styles and options are plentiful. I chose the shop based upon them stocking a designer dress that I'd seen online. After calling I was told it was new and wasn't due to arrive until a later date, I was called when it had arrived and booked into try it on. The most amazing day ever! I knew exactly what kind of dress I wanted and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole experience.
