Absolutely disgusted with how Adrian approached me in public without any invitation or prior interaction. After a few years of struggling with very minimal sleep and sometimes none at all some nights I decided to try hypnotherapy. From my first introduction session with Adrian I felt very comfortable and was able to fully relax and zone out. My sleep improved from that night. After a few more sessions my sleep improved even more, being a much deeper sleep and for much longer periods. Overall I feel more energised now during the day. Emma is just lovely and very easy to talk to. Emma opened my eyes to a few things which I found quite interesting. I felt very relaxed throughout our session and would highly recommend her. Adrian helped me with my study focus. I had not been able to look at my Advanced Diploma Assessment Tasks for 12 months. Adrian helped me with some strategies and goals that I could put in place to achieve completion of my course.
